We know that weight gain is a very common problem during Perimenopause and Menopause, and so we have developed a healthy Fountain Retreats Breakfast Shake, less than 200 calories, that is fortified with extra Vitamins & Minerals associated with menopause. Have in the morning for breakfast, or as a mid-morning drink. It will help you feel less bloated, lose weight and feel fuller for longer and most importantly, prevent you from snacking. It should carry you through until Lunchtime, when we recommend lots of vegetables, and plenty of extra water.
